Jason Tan is a Director and the Executive Assistant to Alan C B Tan, the CEO of TimeTech. Furthermore he is TimeTech's Corporate Planning Manager. Jason Tan manages the incoming communication and is responsible for the following divisions:
- Logistics, Procurement & Support Division
- Technical Services & RMA Division
- Customer Service
Duties and Responsibilities
- Responsible for day to day operations of the logisitcs, procurement, technical services, RMA & customer service division.
- Planning, implementation and supervision of storekeepers, support staffs, technical services, RMA & Customer Service policies and strategies.
- Issuance of Purchase Orders for the procurement of products.
- Liaison with suppliers on logistics, procurement & support.
- Liaison with Logistic Companies.
- Ensure provision of technical support services to customers.
- Manage Incoming Communication.
- Maintenance of Web Pages.
- Maintenance of Business Premise
- Recruitment and dismissal of staffs under the unit.
